I don't think it's your dads fault entireley, or your mothers. It is a lack of communication and understanding from what I have read. I believe if your parents realize they are both doing some things wrong they can fix things. I would say To your mom: Be thankful and respectful & To your dad: The grass isn't always greener. Elite Veteran Posts: 1182 Location: Do I hear Banjos?	I don't think you alone can be the kind of help you are hoping for. It just puts you in the middle. I like the idea of suggesting family counseling. Doing it as a family. Maybe telling them both together that you love them and want them both to be happier. That maybe opening communication through counseling would be worthwhile.
