Location: Texas | I was browsing, looking for a Boston Terrier or something similar and this one fell into my lap. She is three, taken in from a backyard breeder, had no vet care, thin, etc. The lady that got her took in four (well 3 Bostons and a Frenchie). They were all thin and needed vet care. This one was the healthiest but needs heartworm treatment. Fortunately the heartworms are in the early stages and I talked to my vet and we can take care of the treatment. So the other lady had her for about a month and put some weight on he. She wasn't too thin and looks great now. She is super sweet, gets along with my daughters' dogs, except the evil Chihuahua and he barely gets along with himself. She's not sure about the horses, but we'll get there on that. Her name is currently Dixie, but I'm not really feeling it, so I may change it as she doesn't seem to answer to it and has only had it about a month.
So name suggestions welcome.

Location: Texas | And the last picture is of Bella with Dixie and the nice Chihuahua, Biscuit. The evil one, Chewbaca, doesn't allow anyone to be in his pictures with him. And none of them wanted to stay put while I took their picture. They wanted to be in our laps. lol

Location: Texas | Thank you! It's hard to get a picture of her because she wants to be right with me, which is fine with me. My chickens were not happy when she went in their laying areas to take a nap yesterday afternoon.
We are thinking of calling her Ruby or maybe Scarlet because she looks good in red. |

When I first opened this thread I looked at her and thought Ruby! The dog next to her in the "group photo" looks like one of my mom's dogs, which made me think of my mom's other dog named Ruby. So, I didn't suggest it because my brain is weird, but glad it came to you anyways lol. |
