Who all is "eating clean"?  The SO and I are starting ASAP but I need some suggestions are recipes and what to buy.  I know to shop on the outside of the Supermarket.

Does anyone have like a weekly or monthly meal planner?  I do better with stuff like that so I am not wondering what to make that day.

One of our BB's sent me a great list awhile ago, I have it printed it off and ready to shop but would like some more pointers.   What does everyone do for their sweet tooth?

I would love menus as well! There is a girl that I used to workout with a couple of years ago, but we weren't ever really friends to begin with. I still. follow her on instagram and I see that she's doing meal prep for a few other people..... Thinking about befriending her again and seeing if she would make my meals for me!!!

But back on point... I know that herbalife has some meal plans (you can just cut out their portion of it and it still might be a decent plan. I also see some Pinterest, but I haven't really looked closely at them.

I am interested as well...
In all honesty it seems easier to eat healthy, we shall see though.
Utah, was the list of suggested foods to buy?

Good for you!! I eat a lot of veggies with chicken, turkey or fish. Great sweet tooth helper for me is a sweet potatoe with butter and cinnamon and also yogurt. Get creative and have fun with it! Also have 1 cheat meal a week so you stay sane!

I am so looking forward to getting back to eating right, working out, and feeling better.

I've been majorly derailed by a breakup and moving. First thing after I get moved in a month is to go buy a membership to the gym right down the road.

I need to get back to eating clean in the meantime. Any lists would be GREAT!

I'm not sure if I can post the link or not, but next week I'm doing a 5 day clean eating challenge group on Facebook.  I'll be posting meal plans and there will be support and suggestions from a few people that have been eating clean for a year or more.

Once I get the meal plans finalized I can post them here too!

Thank you, thank you!!

I cook supper for my family every night, we don't eat processed foods, the kids never eat fast food and we don't need to lose weight. However, I know we would feel, and be so much healthier, if we ate less fried, greasy or butter.... but I need some options the kids and hubby would actually entertain.

One thing i have learned for sweet tooth is raw honey. Not regular honey. Reg honey has fructose syrup mixed in it. So really read the labels! :))

Here is the link for the FB group - it's free and anyone can join!  I'm going to work on finalizing the meal plan tonight, so I'll try to get it posted either tonight or tomorrow for anyone that doesn't want to join!

I've got 3 people that eat clean for different reasons in the group to answer questions, make suggestions, and for motivation.  The first is my mom, my dad is on a super strict diet because of his MS.  She hates to cook, so she'll be good for quick and easy recipes.  The second is my friend that is allergic to all kinds of foods.  She has done a great job of coming up with "normal" recipes that she has made to fit her needs. She's also a nutrition whiz and can analyze a label faster and better than anyone I've ever seen!  The third person is my friend from high school.  In the last few years he has really started focusing on his health and fitness.  He's lost quite a bit of weight and loves to motivate people!  So, if you want to join the group, hopefully there will be an "expert" you can relate to :).

Ok, not sure why the link isn't live.  It's called: Clean Eating Challenge: April 6-10.  Or you can friend me on FB (Jennifer Fizer) and I will add you to the group.

For the sweet tooth a frozen smoothie. Like extra blueberries for a blueberry taste or extra strawberries for that strawberry taste and so on and so forth . I mix a combination of fruits and veggies. It could be 10 different items in one smoothie in small portions. What I don't use will be made fresh for breakfast.

I'm trying to eat clean & honestly it's not that hard except my family is no help.

This is a great website for clean eating recipes:
