Wondering how it went? Did they pay the insured value? Did they take possession of the horse or euthanize?

Loss of use is a really fine line. Most companies will pay a percentage of the insured value usually around 70% and they take possession of the horse or reduce the percentage to 50% and you keep the horse. I have only written a hand full of loss of use endorsements over the past 30 years and thank goodness never had a claim. Sorry this is not much help.
