Do you have an instagram or fb? If so start follow clean eating and fit pros but be weary of the ones who just want to sale you things. Products are gimmicks plain and simple. Losing weight is about hard work, motivation, and eating right....you can supplement for energy and that will help some but you must want it.

Social media, apple fit products, map my run etc all have programs that are full proof helpers. Search for fitness apps to help you. Don't cut out all the bad stuff at once. For example, if you have a coke at every meal cut it down to one meal a day and tamper off gradually so you form nice healthy habits without denying yourself too many things. The pain in the process is what changes you and makes you mentally tough enough to say no to over eating and not exercising.

Beware of any gimmick, there are no short cuts to weight loss. Some products absolutely will destroy your metabolism.

What type of diet /excercise program are you doing? I have posted multiple times on here about what I've been doing and ended up losing 29.6 lbs in 6 weeks. It's amazing what a good diet and hard work will get you.

What I found helped me was staying away from bread, pasta, soda and alcohol. Also portioning out my food really helped too. I didn't realize how out of portion control I was. I also stay away from sweets as much as possible.

I currently am counting calories, trying to stay somewhat low carb, running, doing jillian michaels, and ridding horse. I do very well at all of that during the week and then like to drink and eat way to much on the weekends.

There is no substitue for a good diet and daily, hard exercise.

JMO, but you have to want and work for it.

I'm the exact opposite - I think because I work a desk job during the week and I just want to sit and eat. On weekends, I'm always moving. I know, maybe I should quit my job - I'd probably lose 20 pounds!

Counting calories is great, but there's more to it. You have to Balance your meals. Drink a gallon of water DAILY. Eat 5-6 times a day and it should always include protein, carbs and veggies. Cut the processed foods - eat little to no fat protein (chicken breasts, lean turkey, white fish, egg whites, protein powederetc - no pork or beef), lots of veggies, carbs are good, but slow burning - brown rice, quinoa, oatmeal, yams, etc., cut the fruit - too much sugar, no drinks with added calories, NO ALCOHOL, no binge eating.

You need to do more cardio in conjunction with the JM dvds. I have all of her DVDs and their good, but it's not enough to burn fat/calories.

It's hard, but it CAN be done. You just have to change your mindset and be strong.

Have you tried Ja Dera?  I have lost 5 lbs in a week.  The key is where you get it from

Just about everything she said! However fruits are not terrible, just in moderation. They do have sugar, but it is natural and not as terrible for you as most other sugar sources. You can eat a healthy diet and stay between 1000-1200 calories (depending on your body) and you WILL lose weight, providing you are moderately active. LOTS of water is key. A calorie counter is very helpful to me, you can see exactly what you are putting in your body. A good multivitamin will help too. I swear I have less food cravings when I drink lots of water and take a multivitamin. Also, one of the biggest things is DON'T eat LATE. I like to cut it off no later than 6pm, sometimes 7 if I absolutely have to. The earlier the better. Bigger breakfasts to boost your metabolism throughout the day, smaller lunch and dinner. I will occasionally take a Thermogenic, they help me with my energy and water consumption.

TheOldGreyMare is hitting it on the HEAD! There are no shortcuts, not magic pills, no silly wraps, just plain old eating healthy and exercising that works.
In the last month I have followed a strict diet and work out regiment and found I gained 4 pounds on the scale!! When I went in to have my body measurements taken, IE Body Fat %, metabolic age and hydration, I found I had gained 12 pounds of muscle and had gone from 23% body fat to 17% and had ONLY gained 4 pounds on the scale. This is all with eating 6 meals a day, staying hydrated, working out, and getting enough sleep. It's not easy, but it's worth it! Eating foods as close to there original form is what I follow. I don't eat it unless I can pronounce all the ingredients and there should only be a handful at most. Stick to it and remember don't go off of what the scales says. It won't happen over night and it may take up to 6 months to see a difference.

I tried the Garcina C for the claims of helping with blood sugar levels. If I lost weight, that would have been a bonus. I didn't lose much in the weight ( I did manage to drop about 10 pounds) but let me tell you, I will never be without the GC if I can help it! I FINALLY found something that actually WORKS for my IBS with constipation (TMI< I'm am sorry guys). After trying everything under the sun, I am finally normal!!

If I could conquer the exhaustion/energy issue, I am sure the extra pounds would take care of themselves. If I could get a decent night's sleep, energy issue would probably resolve itself. But not only am I fighting Fibromyalgia, the big M has wreaked havoc on my hormones.

Sigh, it sucks to be woman...... It REALLY sucks to be an older woman.

I tried the whole Thrive thing and it's nothing special. If you look at the ingredients it's just vitamins. Which yes the vitamins of course assist with more energy and better balance. However you can get the same vitamins plus protein/vitamin shakes at the health food store for a lot less than $150 per month.
Thrive is just a multi level marketing deal.
