Location: Oklahoma City OK | And I seriously love you guys for offering someone such encouragement! If I ever get up enough courage to actually make a competitive run, other than exhibitions - it will be many more than 20+ years since the last actual competitive run, I will look forward to the same kind of positive encouragement and support. This kind of camaraderie is what keeps me wanting to be a barrel racer...again. |

Thank you everybody! The practice pen this week has definately reminded me I'm not a teenager anymore... and it's harder than I remember...

Let's do this!!!! The first step is always the hardest! Just go to a playday and walk or trot through if you want. Whatever you're comfortable with....just do it! And we'll be here to cheer ya on! |

Location: Florida | Go girl! Have fun, once you get "older" the pressure is off, you have nothing to prove and you don't care what other people think. I have discovered the freedom of almost 60. You really don't give sh*t about what other people think.
