        Location: Memphis, TN | International Star scratched for hoof issues but the Ramsey's also scratched several more of their horses today. I'm not sure today was the day for a trainer to be pi$$ing off the owner.

I want him to be challenged. Have a friend on the backside she says he's looking good. Sure wish I was in my funny hat and not watching from work! |

Me too...my friend and I split a boxed trifect on those three...I'm pretty confident and pretty excited. I almost never bet on the Kentucky Derby, I feel like I'm a nervous wreck when I do, but I like these three colts too well. It also helps for me not to be watching racing before I go to church...I have yet to see the Kentucky Derby while it is actually being run, I'm always at church at that time. I will one day, though! |

From what I could see, he was on the left lead for the turn. Then once he switched, American Pharaoh came on. |

AP, Is the horse I'm talking about. He really didn't answer as hard as I thought he would under the whip and I didn't like what I was seeing on the left front. Glad that he had to dig down for this win. I just think he's bred from speed on his Dams side and I'm not seeing the "speed". |
