Location: North Dakota | I hope it's American Pharoah but I still like Firing Line and my favorite newcomer is Divining Rod. My dad and I were frantically betting last night lol. I have a few box trifectas going so hopefully one of them comes true. |

Location: Montana | I'm hoping for American Pharaoh, and he should be able to do it. I think it will basically be a repeat of the Derby, with possibly Dortmund coming in 2nd instead of third with Firing Line behind him. I think Divining Rod is the only horse that could throw a wrench in it, and I think he is an excellent long shot bet. |

My thoughts exactly. I put money on both those combinations so hopefully one comes true! |

| Well the jockey and horse who can handle a torrential downpour and the ground conditions that go with it will prove one tough team. That is a heck of a rain! |

| Firing Line said LOL NO! right out of the gate. Not once even got out of a canter after his slip in the mud during the break. It would've been a different race if it hadn't have been ran in a lake. Unfortunate. |

He was my ticket to the perfect trifecta. I'm so mad. |

Location: Where I am happiest | My husband hit the superfecta, but he bought a second ticket to do it. lol. When we saw the torential down pour hit, and Fireing Line was NOT liking it at all in the post parade we pretty well knew he wanted no part of any of it. So he jumped online and bought a second Superfecta ticket and boxed it. Tossing out Fireing Line and added the long shot because he was the only other horse who had run in te mud before and ran well. That ticket hit for $1,900. |

I am hoping so to!! It has been a long time since I thought someone could actually do it. A.P. is the first one in a long time who I think can actually do it. Not to take anything away from the Cinderella horses who have been in this position over the last 10+ years or so. Smarty Jones, Funnycide, California Chrome, ect. All fun, and fun stories and fun to watch, but this horse....this horse is different. This horse is Class. He has the pedigree that says he just might, The tactical speed, multi dimensional, and he has the connections. |

I was pretty sweet on Dortmund in the beginning and was rooting for him in the derby but AP has Empiremaker on his pedigree and for whatever reason I just loved that horse. Nothing's sure in racing but I think he's got a chance. I'm all for the underdogs but when you have a horse with heart and pure talent, good breeding, the best trainers/jockeys, etc. there's a reason they do well.

WOW good for him! I had to stand in the lobby at work to watch it and had a patient that I finished up RIGHT before they went in the gates so missed the whole FL being ****y about the rain thing. |

Location: Dubach, LA | 2nd and 3rd place spent too much time fighting for 2nd and 3rd place on the home stretch! Might have been more of a race if those two had made a run for first! I hope AP pulls off a Triple Crown. I'd like to see another one before I die. |
