Little update on ME... GOD is great life is good and I'm about to live like a real person real soon.... YEP got the call I FINALLY got approved for Social Security Disability... YAY ME... I couldn't of done it without all YA'lls prayers and encouraging words.

So ya'll know about my surgeries and cancer stuff has made me pretty selfconcious about how I look... And my reconstructed boobies are not what I signed up for.. SO yeah not sure I was gonna be comfortable letting some new man get close to me.  WELL I met a gentleman "TED" who was recently widowed, that I took a liking to, and he returned the thoughts.

AND NOW DRUMB ROLL..... After being without a date for the past 7 years and no prospects. I get all these new scars and NOW I found me a MAN and get this he thinks I'm beautiful!!

In the past whenever I would see couples and they are really sappy and huggy
, my thoughts were always hmmm that'd be nice. But pretty sure my "soulmate" hasn't been born yet. Now I know he was just married to someone else, he couldn't have me until he was done taking care of her.

OHHH AND I almost forgot He was raised riding horses!! He doesn't ride anymore but still has the love. I'm going to try to get him to try riding Floyd. Ted is a little unsure about riding again because he has a prosthetic leg.

I've only been on here a little while, so I don't know your whole story, but I am so happy for you and Ted. You sound beyond excited and happy! Tell Ted to not be nervous and go for it. I'm an AK amputee (very high), and I trail ride and pleasure ride. As long as you have a trustworthy horse, that's what's important. My horses are my sanity a lot of times! Can't wait to hear about the adventures you two have together.
