Location: Red Raiderland | I have never seen so much water in our area of Texas. What a difference 6 months or so can make. We live in North Central Texas also considered the start of East Texas. Here are some pictures of our nearby creek. Heck, it's not even a creek or even a river but a fast moving lake! I have never seen it this high. It's about 2 feet from flowing over the road. Yesterday was the first day in a long time we got zero rain. Show us pictures of your area.

Location: Texas | Anyone that has ever been to Glen Rose, TX might know the Big Rocks Park on the Paluxy. Two shots, normal day and after the rains. Yes, that is the same place.

Location: Oklahoma | Here is my pasture that I ride in. I've been grumpy about all this rain since February, but we don't have it anything like those in Texas do. Here is a picture for reference.. the creek is in the top of the picture and the first picture was taken about a third of the way away from the treeline. |

I woke up this morning around 6:30... justright when the thunder started rolling in for us. I even had the opportunity to sleep a little bit more, but I just laid under the covers listening. It sounds good, but I'm starting to think that it will never stop!! |

I'm with you. We needed the rain. But this is getting depressing. We have 70-80% rain/ storms through Sunday. |

Location: CTX | I know we need the rain, but can it not be spread out more evenly.... like every couple of weeks a but, instead of all of it in 1 month..... Now we are drowing and two months from now we will be in a drought again.... This was our yard on Memorial day....

Roosevelt Bridge over Lake Texoma:
This is no where near as bad as its going to be folks. Wait for a couple weeks when the swollen waters west of Lake Texoma and North of it hit. Its going to be bad. |
