Midget Lover Location: Kentucky	Our 2001 Escape has over 330k miles so it's time to look for another as a daily driver. Does anyone have a 2010+ Escape? If so, how do you like it? We put (obviously) a lot of miles on on vehicles, so needs to be something that can take some abuse.

Midget Lover Location: Kentucky	luluwhit - 2015-06-01 4:39 PM i traded my 2003 for a 2012 in jan. the jury is still out on the 4cyl ecoboost engine vs the 6 cyl i had. We will definitely be getting he v6. We haul entirely too much junk for the 4 cylinder.

We will definitely be getting he v6. We haul entirely too much junk for the 4 cylinder. Of the new ones (2012's and newer) I think you have a choice between 2 Ecoboost 4-cylinders. However, I really love my Ecoboost 4-cylinder in my Mustang...so much more power than the V6 in my 2007 Mustang.

I like the "boxy" body styles better. I have heard great things about the EcoBoost.

Im with you on the boxy style escapes. thats why when i found the 12 i was super excited to upgrade. I love the sync pkg. controls. ride. and as i said... jury is still out on the engine. im going to try and have it tuned up before i say i dont like it. it gets good gas mileage.
