I am rehabbing a 4 year old filly off the track for my neighbor with a torn tendon. LOVE her. She's got a great mind and I would own her in a heart beat

We have a PM daughter in our broodmare herd she is AAA and just foaled her first foal this year. She has a wonderful mind, great mom and produced a outstanding filly. I would take a dozen more

I have a granddaughter, she doesn't turn two until September so haven't done a whole lot with her. But she's been easy from the day she was born, never a fight over anything. She's smart, easy going, nice to work with & gorgeous.

I've had two now. One was an own daughter of Panther Mountain and she was the fastest horse I've ever rode. I broke an arena record on her, won wpra money, and she has a long list of other 1D accomplishments. I now have a 3 year old by DMNV Mountable who is a Future Fortunes stud by Panther Mountain. She is the most talented 3 year old I've ever rode. I'm very excited about her.

The top picture is of the own daughter and the bottom picture is of the grand daughter. They look alike because they both have the same Dash Ta Fame mama :)

This is NOT my horse, but this is a Panther Mountain colt that used to run at Retama Park racetrack in San Antonio, TX. I was obsessed with him, and he was GOOD. I'd kill to have one.

I have a DMNV Mountable filly (for sale) and she is a thinker. I think the Panther Mountains are extremely intelligent and really want to work.

I looked at several a few years ago at the race sales. I really liked them.
I would own a filly/mare from the line because they just seem to be so well minded and that means a lot to me in the broodmare band. Those babies need a fine minded momma to raise them wisely.

Seems like he has been talked about for a while now. Lots of people have one they just "love". But I have yet to see any that actually run the barrel pattern. Same goes for all the Cartels. For the number of them that are out there and the number that people seem to be trying, very few actually make it to the barrel pen. Especially compared to those bred for barrel racing (Fames, Frenchmans, and Firewaters). JMO.

Dash Ta Fame was actually bred to be a race horse. His babies have just crossed over into the arena really well. I think you will see Panther Mountain grandsons and granddaughters in the barrel pen, more and more, especially since he is standing in Brazil and has been for several years.

Who are the best sons of PM?Β

I think they are just getting babies old enough to start proving their worth as a sire. I like Mountable. He has a 107SI and ran out $479k. His foals just started hitting the track last year.

PM is a 1999 model, so I assume there would be quite a few nice sons. Unless, they are all going to the track...  I dunno, but I sure like the pics of offspring on this page!!

PM's first foal crop ran in 2007. He went to Brazil in 2008. I do believe there is a limited amount of frozen semen, here in the states, if you can get your hands on it. There are a few other sons standing in the U.S., but Mountable was my pick.

I love Panther Mountain horses they have such a special look to them, I would love to own one one day. I thought I had found one but he was not right in his gait and was really disapointed over it.
