I run one mare in an O-ring combo and love love love it :
) Probably my favorite ever.
The other I run in a twisted snaffle.

I have three that are almost alike. Jr cowhorse, Goosetree Delight, and Ed Wright short shank. I can change them out from horse to horse but it is easier for me to use each one on a different horse.

I don't use the same bit on any of my horses! LOL they all have their own preferences! I use a modified Goosetree chain mouth Delight on one
(hubby built me one with 1 inch shorter shanks
). A Sharon Camarillo Tender Touch on one. A long shanked gag that mom has had for 30 years, I think Reinsman calls it their "Long Shank Stage E", on two horses. And the Goosetree Long shank Double Gag on the last.

Hm interesting! I love how each person/horse is unique to their preference. I usually use a snaffle too, but I was thinking of trying something else, I really like the look of an argentine. . .?
