I have had spine surgery and with extensive therapy can still ride and do pretty much anything. But I cannot use the Pro choice braces at all. They create too much heat. I use one I bought at the local pharmacy. It's a white velcro one but is like a stretchy mesh material that doesn't create as much heat.
