I doubt she will be working as a vet anytime soon though.... I sure as heck wouldn't want her around my critters....

She lost her job and I doubt any vet clinic will be hiring her anytime soon. Looks like her college degree will only be good to get her into a vet research job and that is a far cry from being a working vet.

I am really shocked that she didn't get charged. I remember when the photo first went around on facebook. I was disgusted by the look on her face and what she had posted up the picture.

You kinda saw this coming when they kept postponing her case. I wish she would have received a fine or something, but she did lose her job and I assume the board of veterinary medicine (or whatever their formal title is) are looking into it.

I don't know what more evidence they would need on this.....  Hopefully the vet association will revoke her license and at least there will be some consequences. Geeezz.

Hopefully, she will never be able to work as a vet again and all those years and money spent for school are wasted. Hope this causes her a life of low paying jobs and general unhappiness. I am just mean that way.

Their choice, our choice. We all have a choice.

So can you prosecute someone for moral code violations?

In her defense ( not saying she is right) but she did say it was a feral cat. Living in the country I get it. Feral cats are f***ing MEAN!! Does this justify her killing and posting the picture as a working vet, HELL NO! But just to state what she was "thinking" when she made her kill. I know my bf has killed many wild cats around us but you can clearly tell they are feral and actually will attack our barn cats. Once again, not agreeing on what she did.
