| My daughter does cross fit and loves it. She is 5'3 and 100 lbs, she had no strength when she first joined a cross fit gym when living in Phoenix. Everyone there was nothing but encouraging and supportive. She moved to Houston, found another cross fit gym and loves the people there too. You do not have to be in shape to start and most gyms are very friendly and encouraging. Be sure to find a good one where they really know what they are doing. Like most gyms of any kind, if you "have the try" they have the support- does not matter how good you are. |

I hurt my shoulder and have taken a month off to heal it and its killing me........crossfit is so addicting! Ive been road biking it about 100 miles a week and its not the same!
you have to try it. Its a mixture of running and weights, jumping rope everything. thats what makes it sooooooooooooo fun! |

Location: SE Missouri | I did it for a few months and LOVED it!! My work schedule is the only reason I'm not going now (i'm on the road constantly, only spent 9 nights in my home in April, and just a few more than that in May/June). It's ridiculous how addicting it is. Total kick your ass and you love it and can't wait for the next one. There's no way you can get in shape to start CrossFit, just do it and you'll be fine. The trainers I worked with were awesome and really are there to help you.
After you go to your first workout let me know and I'll share my first workout story, lol. |

| two years in, day in and day out and I LOVE it. The people are amazing. It kind of changes the "i want to be skinny" mentality and makes you just want to be a beast. Helps all aspects of riding. Makes you feel kick-*ss all day long. |

Location: Buffalo, Wyoming | I live in a pretty small town that does not offer Crossfit classes, I would have to drive 30 miles to get to one. Are there any good videos out there? |
