Location: Where I am happiest | We bought this filly out of the Bowie Texas kill pen. She is packing the Fulton Ranch brand. Kill buyer doesnt have her papers. Someone, somewhere KNOWS this horse and obviously comming from Fulton's she hasnt always been a nobody, no name! We are offering a $500 reward for the identification and registration papers on this filly. She is said to be a 4 yr old. https://www.facebook.com/AuctionHorsesSouth/photos/a.821763554586123.1073741828.821653831263762/850814778347667/?type=1&__mref=message_bubble

Location: Wonderful Wyoming | I will be the party pooper. When they are that well bred, if she is out of one of their studs, they usually pull papers and send there for a reason. Branded or no. Talked to some other elite breeders and she admitted they have sent some to killers for bad tempers, cripples or just being crooked. If they wanted them sold with papers, they don't generally let them go to a sale like that for killer price.
But good luck, you never know if you might end up wtih a diamond in the rough. |

Location: Where I am happiest | I have not met the horse personally yet. We had her moved to a quaranteen facility and had the vet out to look her over and pull coggins. He told us she is straight, sound, and was nice to work around and handle. Thats all I know. We rescued another mare from the kill pen 2 years ago. She is by Twaynas Dash. The twist of fate that put her down that path was her owner died and family didnt want the horses and just dumped them. I hold no judgement why she was there.Sometimes people just have to do what they have to do. Horses end up in that situation for a myraide of reasons. Divorce, death, loss of job or house, ec`t ect ect. I sure would like to know who she is though. |

| Do an aqha search of the year and each of fultons stallions seen if any match.
You also need to remember fultons also have grade horses sold at their sales in the past |

| I'll try to do some looking, usually I'm a good sleuth :P Now it sounds like Fultons were in contact with someone on FB about her and wouldn't give them the time of day? Also shows a registered name but it is too many characters (with spaces) for AQHA so I am guessing it's supposed to be "Wisdombeyondmyyears" |

Thank's for your help. Any and all help is appreciated. The name givin to her in the kill pen is just a name the girls that work with the kill buyer to list those horses give them there. That is not a actual name. |

Location: Where I am happiest | If I could locate all the old fulton sale catalogs on line then perhaps we could figure out who she is by matching pictures. Would need 2011 - 2014. I found 2014 but of course she wasnt in there. Results wont work because I need pictures to match her. |

We have to figure out WHO she is first. I talked to Lisa Fulton and she said she would help me all she can but first we need to figure out who she is. |

Thank you for saving her. I hate to see any horse end up in the kill pen. |

have you requested a copy of previous sale catalouges? I would start there! There is bound to be a picture of her in there if she sold in the sale at one point. |

| Do you know 100% that it is the Fulton brand? We have a Boonlight Dancer horse with a brand that is so much like Fulton's it is hard to know the difference. I believe he came from Montana. |

Boy do I agree with you on this. Sellers get way more grief on a cheap horse than any $10k horse. Why is it so cheap, what is wrong, who rode it (then proceed to call trainer), who owned it, why did they sell it. This is why many just take them to to sale and walk away. And somehow it still causes a bunch of people to be bothered by a horse that wasnt worth their time for whatever reason. I am all for a diamond in the rough or even a bargain but I have learned the hard way there is usually a reason they are cheap. But..... there is always that exception to the rule. I hope you found the one. |

Location: Where I am happiest | Frankly, I dont care why or how she ended up in the situation she was in. It is always a gamble whether your buying a prospect, or one out of the kill pen. She's only 4 years old. The only way to eleminate most of the gamble is to buy a finished going horse. I also dont know ANYBODY who doesnt like a "Deal" and we thought she was worth the gamble. We are also willing to pay for the papers as I stated above, but we have to find out WHO she is to even get that far. We will find out WHAT she is when we get her home. |

Thankyou! Thats 2014 though. 2011, 2012, and 2013 would be the most likely for her to show up in I'm thinking. |
