I'm sure quite a few of you have had this dilemma... what do you wear to a wedding when you have a really awesome farmer's tan? I work outside landscaping in jeans and t-shirt and when I'm not working I am riding in the same thing, so my legs haven't seen the light of day except when I've pulled up my pant legs to walk in the creek. Its in less than a month, so theres no hope for my bright white legs to get any tan unless its from a bottle lol. The wedding is not real formal, its just a simple outdoor wedding but I'd still like to look nice. Any suggestions?

I got a spray tan before the last wedding I attended. Nothing too dark - just to make my arms and legs match!

This is why I LOVE all the cute maxi dresses out there!!!  I think long simple skirts are classy.

Either the maxi dress or palazzo pants.  Lots of cute summer ones on sale now if you need a reason to shop.  :

I've worn blue jeans and boots to several weddings with a cute top. The last time I was in a wedding a week before I used some self tanning lotion, gave my legs some color. If you have time before the wedding wear a tank top when your out working or riding to help get rid of the t shirt tan.

I vote for a maxi dress or palazzo pants as well! If you do want to wear a shorter dress, Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs is THEEEEEEE most amazing stuff. It's like makeup for your legs and doesn't rub off - trust me I've slept on white sheets with it on! I'm terrible about remembering to use actual fake tanner early enough so it can develop. This stuff gives you color right away! You can get it at Walmart by the nail polish.

Thanks everyone! I had to google maxi dress to see what they are, shows how in style I am ;) I see they have maxi skirts too, maybe I'll go with one of those I look terrible in dresses. Better go buy myself some tan in a can :)

Alot of these with sleeves are really cute! https://www.google.com/search?q=maxi+dresses&biw=1280&bih=650&tbm=isch&imgil=bxBB6pgA6ylc0M%253A%253B6SJAUIrlBgYkkM%253Bhttp%25253A%25252F%25252Fbestinspired.com%25252F25-gorgeous-maxi-dresses-2015%25252F&source=iu&pf=m&fir=bxBB6pgA6ylc0M%253A%252C6SJAUIrlBgYkkM%252C_&usg=__m2rdzufC0VQQRBLecHK8QnFz9SI%3D&ved=0CGAQyjdqFQoTCPHQqZam48YCFUYNkgodweUAfw&ei=8IypVfGYBcaayATBy4P4Bw#tbm=isch&q=maxi+dresses+with+sleeves

Go get your toes done, put on a nice pair of sandals and your a knock out and comfortable. If it's a outdoor wedding, do NOT wear heels. Have you ever tried to walk in the grass, or across gravel in heels? lol

Arbonne has a really cool "made in the shade self tanner." It has mixed reviews but I love it! It goes on clear or creamy colored and has sunscreen in it. You put it on and it slowly just goes darker. I don't know how it works and I don't really care lol But I can't find it on their website so maybe they aren't making it anymore? The smell might kill your nose at first but it goes away :)
