Just curious, I've seen a couple run and watched a high school girl run one this weekend. Seemed like a pretty nice horse but she has a pretty good trainer too. Just curious

I have a weanling colt that has been to this point.  He's halter broke and I pony him off his dam.  Super friendly and I'd say sweet, but he is pretty mouthy/onry.   Pretty little head.  I'm very happy with him so far.

Yes. I have a daughter and she was super easy to train and very easy to be around. She isn't an in your pocket type of horse by any means though. When she is free she really doesn't want anything to do with people (not that she runs away but just really couldn't care less for you to come see her in the pasture or cuddle with her in a stall...lol). When she is caught she is a doll but take her halter off and she wants to be left alone. She is very laid back and almost lazy to ride but when asked to work she is all business and gives 110%. She is out of a TB dam. She took to the pattern very quickly. Super athletic.

The only one I have had hands on experience with, was not what I would call user friendly.  He was a nervous horse and had a stubborn streak.  He would just stop and quit when he thought he had been worked long enough, LOL. You needed to train him in small intervals as his attention span would only take so much.  He would buck at times too, and man, he could buck!  BUT, what a hell of an athlete!  Once trained, he was a super star, I just don't think that someone who was not a good trainer could have brought that out in him.

I don't know but my daughter of FWF just got confirmed in foal to him so I'm pretty excited. They all look crazy fast! I talked to a futurity trainer who really liked them. She said they had more of a stiffer straighter turn but were unbelievably fast and just dragged their butts.
