Location: Jersey Girl | IBRA in my state is using this now and I have to say I LOVE IT!!! You get a text with your draw number, so no more running up to the secretary stand a hundred times looking to see if the draw has been posted! You also get a text with your time when you complete your run. |

We had a producer use it for the first time up here and while the thought of it was really cool, there were somethings I didn't like about it.
One thing I didn't like is that you'd get about 4 draw numbers texted to you .... until you got the "right one". The system doesn't take into account when people have multiple horses and they need to be spaced appropriately, so there was some manual work to get the spacing right and the system would send a text for each new draw number. It was quite confusing.
Had a couple gals have trouble getting the website to take their payment. I myself didn't have any trouble.
So I guess the concept is really neat and I like it and seeing the results are nice, but it just wasn't as great as a system as I thought it was going to be. There's a few gliches. |

I think that maybe the producer didn't know the ins & outs of it yet? I haven't had it ever text multiple draw numbers to me and have entered online very easily. The draw number deal is weird. I know it does take multiple horses into consideration, but I think perhaps you manually set the spacing preferred?

I love getting the draw/times text to me. I'm hoping next year they will utilize the online entry option. |

| Rodeogo has the spacing built into it. It even has it built into the online entry system, so when you signup you can order your horses and set the minimum spacing you want between each horse.
What it sounds like to me, is the producer is processing the predraw to soon and then un-processing it and reprocessing it. This is why the system would re send you multiple texts. It is trying to keep you up to date with your draw numbers because your numbers where changing. Allot of producers are making the switch from other software, it takes sometime to get used to how Rodeogo handles the draw vs the other systems.
Remember , when a producer starts with Rodeogo.com , be patient with them. Some producers it takes 3 or 5 races to get really good with it. Some are awesome on their first event. Once they get the hang of it, you will enjoy the race allot more with all the real time information.
Any issue fill out a ticket on our help page and we will do what we can.
Thanks,
DK

Location: Texas | Love it here! Zero issues for events that I have entered. If riders would take the time to set up a profile, it makes the online entry system go very smooth. |

Thank you for the explanation!! I was pretty sure it must be a producer getting used to running it.

| I'm curious is Rodeogo would be good for one day, enter on site shows, or better for multiple day shows?? Seems like a lot of typing and input for just a one day show. |

It worked well for our club & we had quite a few people that would enter on site. The ladies running our computer said it was easy to work with. |

It was a one day show that I was at too. Entered onsite. I wasn't even aware you could pre-enter with it! |

 Own It and Move On
Location: The edge of no where | They use it at a lot of week night jackpots in my area. I'm not a fan of going anywhere that results aren't posted online. So much easier to prove a horse's record that way. |
