Location: Somewhere between S@%&# stirrer and Saint | Months ago I was accused as stalking. In January or February, the criminal charges were dropped against me. I took the text of the testimony of the woman and provided evidence to the police to prove that she lied. They filed a report for perjury against the woman. In July the Judge finally gave me a court date for the civil charges. The good news is on August 24th the charges were dropped agianst me after a hearing. The woman still tried to lie. It has been amazing that a woman would lie so much to destroy a mans name and reputation and try to put me in jail. It cost me about $25,000 to clear my name. Now it will be interesting to see if they prosecute her for multiple times of perjuring herself on police reports and court hearings. I hope the Courts have the balls to treat a lying woman the same way they treated me.

Murphy I don't know you and you don't know me but I would expect nothing less from you.
I have had many clients from BHW and from the beginning I could tell that many ladies like to research stuff. I thought it was important to let thoses know the good, bad, or ugly. I would rather have people know from my mouth/key board than find out by searching the internet.

| Thank goodness it is all over and you can put it behind you.People do not always get their just rewards in a manner which is visible to us. But that is out of our hands. Just be happy that you have been absolved. And let it go.Get on with your life and be happy with that. |

In some states, lawmakers have decided that those situations are considered "privileged". I believe that this, also, extends to "lawmakers" and LE.
Additionally, to prove defamation ( monetarily to your reputation) may be an uphill battle. You have been the one who has posted it publically through BHW, FaceBook and other means.

Location: South Central Florida | I'm so glad to hear your situation has worked out in your favor. My family lived through a situation that cost us thousands. Money that none of us had and we were fighting the police. I have very mixed feelings about the judicial system because of what our family went through.
After everything was dropped...our family was out thousands and will live with "arrest" reports and negative reproductions for ever. And nothing happens to the accusors in our case because they were police officers in a very corrupt department (documented corruption).
My sister is close to losing her home and at least 2 jobs lost because of doing nothing wrong.
I am little bitter, can you tell?

Location: the end of the rainbow | I find it interesting that anyone would consider what Douglas posted as private. In our state everything in his criminal court case would be public record. The arrest and/or the filing of charges would probably have been printed in our small town paper. But of course the fact that charges were dropped wouldn't have made the paper, we have a bit of a double standard there.
