| my family & two friends' families moved our horses to an older barn, i guess to save money and closer to a trail we like.
yesterday my mom drove me and a friend there. we were staying for quite awhile, but there's no bathroom, and eventually I had to pee. so did my friend. we went to an empty stall and popped squats. But when my mom found out she's like eww, gross.
anyway how do you go to the bathroom at a barn like that? would you pee in the stall?

Location: North Dakota | I have heard MANY stories of people peeing in horse stalls. Typically the barns I've ridden at have all had nice bathrooms so it has never come to that for me, but in an emergency I'd whaz in a stall. |

| I'm a guy, so I pee everywhere. But I find the law is funny. Its illegal (Sex crime) for a guy to pee on the ground because of contamination. But a horse can pee a lot more than me and its OK.. Same with burial. Its illegal in CA to bury someone on your property ( May contaminate ground water) but I can bury a 1200 pound horse no problem. |

Location: In The Snow, AZ | I haven't peed in my barn... Well, mainly cause it's shed row style and I'm not sure the neighbors would appreciate that.... But I pee in the trailer quite often. I didn't know people didn't... |

| Lol at most of the shows we go to, my trailer is cleaner than some of those bathrooms! haha. Always make sure to put shavings down and be careful if its been raining, I hurt myself bad at a race when I fell in the trailer on the slick wet mats. And always do it on the side that horse's butts aren't on, so if you do fall, its only shavings not horse crap you are landing in. hahaha I go in stalls too, I figure, I clean them so who cares.
My mom finally peed in her first trailer last season, lol she now understands the convenience and necessity. haha |

Location: 100 miles from Nowhere, AR | I live and work in the middle of nowhere so I have a bad habit of popping a squat wherever. Been busted a couple of times in the cotton field, but I was covered up by the leaves so it was ok.
It was really bad when I was pregnant the first time. I peed in the parking lot at a football game and behind a tree at a national monument park. |
