Location: South Central Florida | After a broken bone and some Chiropractic work, our Chiro sold us a product for people called Biofreeze. It comes in a roller or spray can. AMAZING stuff, like IcyHot times 10. Does anyone know if you couls use this on a horse? The poltuice thread reminded me. |

| I probably wouldn't. Especially if the horse is sensitive. That stuff is awesome but I know when I use it on my neck, my neck starts sweating. I'd be afraid of it burning a horse. I'd use EPF-5 from a vet before I'd try Biofreeze. EPF-5 is made for horses with the same type of relief as we get from Biofreeze. JMHO. |

Location: Way up North | The same makers of Biofreeze make a horse version, you can find it at Fleet Farm it's called Deep Freeze. It's in a white squeeze bottle with a blue label. It's clear gel, not green but it has that same intense cold. I messed my neck up and used it a couple times on myself and have used it on one horse. He seemed to like it but as others said not sure on a really sensitive horse.

| I love this stuff for my back! I used it on my horse's hocks with no blistering or adverse reaction. |

Is this something you need a script for? Or can I get it online somewhere? |

No script needed. I've seen it in magazines. Valley Vet maybe? |

https://www.valleyvet.com/ct_detail.html?pgguid=a6753946-0f70-4175-824c-8ef1cd068cfa&gas=EPF-5 I use this and the last time I bought it, it was $30.00. You just need to google and find the cheapest with the shipping. Great stuff! |

| Some human chiropractors carry it at their practices and you can pick it up there. |

Is this just for muscle/joint pain or could it be used on feet? |

Location: Northeast Texas | As a massage therapist i use it all the time on people. For the Biofreeze to penetrate deeper into the joints you can take a moist warm towel and cover the area where you applied the biofreeze. It also feels good to apply and then let set then take a warm not hot shower and it feels awesome. You can buy it cheaper on Amazon. I also use the SNM Gelotin on me as well when i run out of the Biofreeze. |
