Own It and Move On Location: The edge of no where	Sooooo - can we buy our permit by that same deadline and send it in with our entries? Since there are absolutely no refunds/draw outs.....I'm nervous pre-entering. I have one ride, if she's hurt....I'm just tossing $$$$$ to the wind.

October 1st starts the year over, so yes, most people buy their permit or card right before I believe. And also, unless it has a "member dues" date listed then you dont have to have it bought by a certain time to enter that particular event. Most/All of the RODEOS have a "memeber due" date though so you will want to look for that date before you enter any rodeos if you dont decide to buy your permit for the finals.
