It's probably been asked a 1000 times---------Sorry-----------But my question is slightly different.
1. I need to a acid was my silver star trailer. I should probably keep it off the white panels. How do I do that?
2. What do I wash the white panels with?
3. I have new pin stripes, and DOT tape. I think if I get it clean, and new pinstripes, it will look new again. How in the world, will I get the old pinstripes off?

I take mine to the truck wash and they acidize it from top to bottom. It sure gets the chalky white off it. The Pinstriping should look better too. If you need to get the pinstriping off use one of hose things that goes in the drill that looks like a pencil eraser

I've googled, and no truck washes come up in my area.

You can do it yourself (it ain't fun)...buy the Streak Master aluminum brightener and always start at the top and work down, rinsing as you go...don't do it near a well or grass that your horses eat off of....after you wash it, don't pull it on wet roads for 48 hrs because it takes that long for the pores to close and you don't want dirty water imbedded in the pores...

You can remove the pin stripes with a hair dryer or heat gun and then use lighter fluid to clean up the sticky residue..that should go really fast.
