I am looking at a used Marlene Eddleman Special Effex saddle. Does anyone ride one and can tell me something about them. I never have and looking to buy one as my horse needs a 7 inch gullet. This one is used and one of the older ones.
Where there any problems with them that you know of.

Thanks for the feedback.

I am not much help because I've only had the older ones. I loved them, held up for fairly long time, fit a lot of different horses, etc. I stayed away from the newer ones because I didn't know a lot about the new trees. There were a lot of warnings about how to handle them, don't let them get too hot or cold, etc.
