Location: The best kept secret in TX | What do you supplement your aging pals with? My girl is a Lab/Chow mix who is about to turn 8 in the next few months. She's having hip troubles but otherwise is very healthy. I would like to see her coat shinier and softer and I'd like to get her a supplement to help support her eyesight. Currently I feed her Blue Buffalo (The senior blend) but I didn't know if anyone out there fed a supplement to their aging pal. I want her to live as comfortable as possible for as long as possible. Any info would be great |

Location: Southern Indiana | F1 noni would be a good option. It would help her coat and you can get the blue label with HA for joints. Noni is rich in vitamins and antioxidants, which would probably help with her eyes. I know vitamin c is good for your eyes.
I fed it to my yorkiepoo for awhile but got lazy and just didn't stick with it. I need to, she has a luxated patellar that bothers her some. My dog is 7 and I think of her as middle aged not a senior ?? I refuse! |

| My 24 year old Pomeranian is on previcox and she still plays like a little puppy. Two days off of it and it is like a 10 fold difference! I am a firm believer in previcox for dogs and horses. haha |

I use Cosequin brand for dogs, it really helps my old Aussie. She gets up and down much easier, bouncing around playing, if I let myself run out I can see the difference.

Location: In the Hills of Texas | I have tried all kinds of different products for dogs and what I have found to work the best is CetylM. I just had to put our 12 year old Cattle Dog on it. |

| I have ours on Cosequin - I buy the horse powder as it's all the same thing - this is the cheapest way to buy it. I sprinkle it on my dogs' food and they eat it no problem. |

| Cetyl M HANDS DOWN HAS MY VOTE!!!! I had a sheltie that was affected my an autoimmune disease that made his joints so stiff and sore. He could barely get up from sleeping, would always limp on one of the 4 legs, he was a WRECK! I had tried other joint supplement with no help. After having him on Cetyl M it was a COMPLETE 180. I usually do not endorse or believe in any oral supplements, LET ALONE an oral joint supplement but this stuff was magic in a bottle. I had him on it for a little less than a year and for some reason stopped ordering it? not sure why, but even not being on it consistently he is still a "sound" dog. Great stuff and worth every penny I have ever spent on it! |

I tried it on myself and a different dog and it just didn't do anything for either of us. I have a friend that it does wonders on.
Every person and animal is different so you need to find what works for you or you animal. |

Location: CTX | I just started my 12-ish year old heeler on this a couple of days ago, so I don't know yet if it helps her. I have her on lubrisyn, but not sure if it is doing anything. My horses are on it, and my hubby uses it too. I did for a while, but to inconsistent to really see a difference. My girl gets really stiff when it gets colder, and the vet told me I could give her half of an aspirin a day. Did that last winter, but hope to avoind that with this supplement.

| Osteo-Biflex triple strength. 1 pill per day. Way cheaper than all those other supplements and very effective. 1 fish oil capsule 1000mg.
Both my labs are on these and doing well |
