Subject: Changing Profile Pic

Location: Magnolia, Texas		 Uggggg.  How come when I choose a new profile pic and click submit it doesn't stick.  I go back to where you change it and it says no pic chosen.  The picture is in one of my folders on my computer - does it need to be somewhere else?  O and all my pics are jpg.  does that matter?
