Elite Veteran Posts: 1008	I just purchased a filly who is a quarter horse but could be double registered as a paint. She's two so I can still do it for ~$200. Wondering if it's worth it in resale or if there are any paint incentives for barrel racing?

Veteran Posts: 180	To me personally it wouldn't add any value but I would double reg her if I were you. Had a horse for sale a few months ago and a lady contacted me looking for a APHA to run barrels on at breed shows. I had never had anyone strictly look to buy a horse to run barrels on a breed show so I found it odd. Moral of the story it will matter to someone out there.
