Location: Dubach, LA | The story is long and sad. It involves the usual traders and liars, but Flash will have a happy ending if we can get him from LA to MO. Who from MO comes to Jackson for Billy WWebb's Christmas Race? I can bring him to Jackson -
Rest of the Story - I bought this FWF gelding sight unseen (lesson learned) off this site. He had obviously survived a tragic injury and turned out to be on again off again cripple. I took a big loss but he left here with full disclosure. She tried to get him barrel sound and sold him. They couldn't get him barrel sound so gave him to a family with a little girl. Said girl has quit riding. He is light riding sound. A little while after I sold him, I found his breeder and talked to her. As a young foal, he was savagely attacked and left for dead by a pasture gelding. He had broken ribs, possible broken vertebra, and tons of soft tissue damage. He hardly has any muscle tissue on the right side of his neck. He was dead lame the entire first year of his life. He was breeding sound and she had an offer so she sold him as a stud with full disclosure. That lady breed him for a while, cut him and sold him as a barrel prospect. I can't tell you how many time he has changed hands. His current owner would like to see him retire with a forever home. His breeder has said that she will take him back and keep him forever. We just need to get Firewater N Angels home. Who can help me find a ride for him from LA to MO?
