| this makes me sick. What has our world freakin came to? They chopped up Credit Card? WTHH They all deserve a life in prison not death. Death is to easy. God i hate people. I hope someone steals all their horses and chops one up right infront of them. But then again no horse deserves that! |

No. Her mother, COX, was not prosecuted by Oklahoma. So if her mother ever gets out early Oklahoma can then prosecute and she can serve more time. |

One of my very best friend's brother was murdered. Stabbed to death in his own driveway. The 2 guys responsible got 4 years, were out on parole in 2.
As horrific as her crimes were, I don't believe that a life sentence fit her crimes....

She was convicted of conspiracy (not that I think that's all she should of been convicted of?) -- Sentence was 2 consecutive 5 year terms. I don't think that's unreasonable for the crimes she was convicted of.
Do I like that she's getting out after less than 2 years, NO -- but she's a young woman, that might be able to go on to do better things (I doubt it).
Even if Credit Card had been my horse, I don't think that I'd think a life sentence was an appropriate punishment. I hope they hold her to the community service & fines?

Yes, it's very unfortunate she wasn't charged and convicted of the crimes she should have been convicted for. I agree, although a life sentence would be nice it is unrealistic. I am glad there are people like yourself that are more forgiving than I am. Unfortunately, I could never ever get over someone doing that to one of my animals. I should work on that. |

Maybe they should all be checked for mental illness...But I'd rather just her be out than with her sidekicks..or her sidekicks be out instead... |

She can never hold a job anywhere near animals with her reputaion
Most all horse owners know who she is and will recognize her at shows and events IF by chance she does get a horse from somewhere
She will most likely not be given any sympathy and I doubt she will be able to finish college anywhere unless it's stricly online
I also thought about other horse people taking justice into their own hands and imagine her life won't be very easy because of the choices she's made.
I really feel like she's better protected inside the jail from crazies...
