Something with a narrow tree and lots of wither clearance.  You'll probably have to try several to find something that fits.

Mmmm well amongst thoroughbreds there are many different back types so you really can't base it off that. Most people assume they are narrow, but many times that is not the case. They are known for having good sized withers but shoulder size and how flat/curvy the back is varies a lot from horse to horse. I do agree with the above poster that one of Meleta's saddles would be a good place to start but there's no guarantee.

My mare is an appendix qh that usually looks like a tb. I have a deb sibley that fits her.
