Good article, thanks for sharing. Riding bareback always reminds me to ride with proper equitation which I tend to let get sloppy in my every day riding.

I'm 34 years old. I ride bareback....All the time. I've ridden bareback since I was a little kid. I'm too lazy to get out all of the tack most of the time.
I make my mom ride bareback and she's 59.
There is nothing that will make you a better rider than to ride bareback.

This brings back some memories! When we were kids, my parents made us ride bareback so they wouldn't have to worry about us getting drug if we fell off. When we started to show in 4H we were upset because we had to show in a saddle, not bareback, lol.
