Location: Northern Ontario | My mom had some...not for weight loss but for energy and other B12 deficiency side effects. I am also b12 deficient. Before I found out(when I was really low), I could not concentrate, felt Dizzy all the time, no energy, and generally witchy with a b lol..... Does B12 deficiency cause weight gain? |

Location: Iowa | I used to have pernicious anemia and took injections of B12monthly. The shots just pumped up my energy level so maybe that's why someone would lose weight. |

agree ...id not just give yourself injectons... my dr gave it to me when I was fighting off a virus to just boost start me.. lol.. I think Ive had one maybe 3 times in last few years.. but it does help..
if your doing it for other reasons try the over the counter subliungel B12 under your tongue daily.. that was one a dr recommended if your not feeling well..I used to take it but not lately. |

Location: Northern Ontario | Blood test with a dr. He called me at school to tell me to start taking b12 right away or I might end up in the hospital....I wouldn't take meds without my dr.s advice, but if he said b12 shots, I would go because they are beneficial if you are deficient |
