Location: GODS country | I have been looking at the following all around the same price:
4Star (1998 3h), Cimarron (2005 3h stock/combo type), Featherlite (2005 3H) and Exiss (2000 3H)
What is everyone's preference of these brands? |

Location: Stuck in a cubicle having tropical thoughts | 4 star is going to be your best quality of the brands listed, even if it's the oldest. DO they have living quarters or just dressing rooms? |

These are all just dressing rooms |

Location: Roping pen | I would go with Cimarron. The 4 star's age would concern me a little due to the rubber products (seals, weather striping, plastic parts, window parts, etc) showing some age and possible brittleness. If it had been stored inside, might be a non issue.
The other two are not on the same quality shelf as 4 star/Cim.
Good luck! |

Location: GODS country | The Cim. is a 3h stock/combo type. If I don't like it will it be harder to sell? That's my only catch with it. |

| Cimarrons are made so well and I like them better than anything I have seen. I had a featherlite and wouldn't want another just made light and I know it might sound stupid but that trailer was loud I felt bad horse the hores in in. |

Location: 100 miles from Nowhere, AR | I love my Cimarron and see a lot of them out and about. It's a good quality trailer, well built and holds up well (mine is a 2006 and you can't tell it)...I don't think reselling would be a problem. I would consider the 4 star if it had features I wanted. Wouldn't look at the other 2. |

| In MY opinion Exiss and Featherlite aren't even in the same class as 4-Star or Cimarron.

| I have a 98' 4 Star with living quarter. I have owned this trailer for 6+ yrs and am still in love with it. It has held up so well. I do have 1 leaky spot where my tack is on the door and its been that way since I bought it, just haven't figured out if its coming from the window or the seal on the top of the trailer door but haven't ever spent a lot of time looking either. I have thought about upgrading in the last couple years but there is nothing I would really change about this trailer so its just not worth it. |

I will never own a trailer without an insulated roof again. I don't know where you live, I am in southeast Texas and I can haul in the hot summer heat without my horses sweating one drop. |

Oh that is good to know! I wasn't sure about it, but I am hearing good things! We are in North OK so it gets pretty humid! |
