I want to say that I am so blessed to breed my wonderful Driftwood mares to wonderful stallions. I love all of the baby's & all are unique in their own personality. But I have seen that one stands out. Slyder " LR Slickwood" by Slick By Design x Miss Cowboy Drift. Slyder is a 2 yr old & going to Randy Jarvis for 60 days of training this week-end. I have seen that this cross has produced a very special colt. Bob can walk Slyder on one side of him & Mariah "his mare" on the other side with his cane. Slyder walks with Bob at a very slow pace. He seems to know Bob is injured & he respects that. He is a 2 yr. old colt who could spook at any minute & pull Bob over or do worse damage, but he doesn't. This seems to be the sound mind of what Slick is producing along with the sound mind of the Driftwood horse. I will get video of Bob walking him. It is amazing to watch. Slyder is priceless.

No this is not a for sale ad. Your comment was very rude. Just stating the quality of the stallion bred to our driftwood mare. But I feel that slick bred to any mare will produce a nice horse. I already have a buyer for this horse after his training. I'm not using this forum to sell any of my horses.

I can honestly say I read the post and didn't think anything about it being a for sale add.

Sounds like you've got a nice one.

I have really been wanting to breed one of my mares to him. I've heard nothing but good things from his babies. MAYBE ONE DAY!!

I have always wondered about what this stud produces, and i think its great to hear people's personal experiences. Whats the difference when people talk about supplements or tack etc? Let the woman share a moment of happiness and if it upsets you in some way dont read it and be an adult and move on. No one likes internet trolls but everyone is always tough on the internet. Lol.
Share your pics please :)

I guess I shouldn't have copied & pasted my fb comment on here. Thank you to the people who saw my post for what it was, NOT SELLING A COLT but showing the temperament that a famous stallion is producing. I have a video of Bob walking our 2 yr old Slyder & his mare Mariah with a cane as Bob had total knee replacement 2 weeks ago. I won't post that video as I don't care to have nasty people come on & say I'm trying to sell a horse. It is sad that I can't show a neat video or post a neat story without the nastys of BHW , but I am not surprised. I feel sorry for the nasties on here. God Bless The Nasties & hope they find peace with in themselves not to ne nasty.

When I read thist post earlier I never thought of a sell ad. I like hearing about stud horses and the babies because one day I will breed my mare. It sounds like you have a nice horse. Personally for me it would be hard to sell on that will be gentle and take care of you. I bet your proud of your guy and should be. I think this post is no different than the others who talk about how proud or good their horses are.

This is the video & NO I am not showing this to sell a horse. I am just showing the temperament that Slick By Design throws with a Driftwood mare. https://youtu.be/3S-DOXJyi34 Slyder is on the left of Bob.

That is a gorgeous colt!! We are eyeing stallions for a driftwood mare we have. Do you mind to post your mares pedigree?

By the way-I didn't see your post as a for sale ad either! Didn't even cross my mind

My apologies, I did not mean to start anything.   He is a beautiful colt I would be excited about too.
