Zeal Queen Posts: 3826 Location: TEXAS	I transitioned this weekend to a helmet. It really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Put it on right before I ran and then took it off. No biggie. Then my calf checked off and we almost ran over it. That could have gone south so fast that it made me glad I was wearing it.
