Dinette. I have a friend with a folding couch and I think it would be nicer for hanging out during the day and having multiple people to have the dinette. The extra table/counter space would be nice! |

Location: In the Hills of Texas | It's a personal choice. I don't like eating in my LQ's and it's not wide enough to have people in. I use the couch to chill out and watch TV and many times I end up sleeping there since it's so much easier getting up and down..LOL |

| I can work remotely so I opted for a dinette set to set up my laptop on. |

Location: USA | I think I prefer the dinette too. What's cool about the dinette is it can fold out into a couch so you'r not losing that extra sleeing space. Now the hard part is finding one because it seems like the majority of LQ's in my price range are with a couch. |

Location: Where you need a paddle... Oregon! | Had the dinette, but I think I'd prefer a couch. The dinette always felt like we had to file in, like people trying to fit around a booth table at a restaurant - moving to let people in or out. I'd prefer the couch next time with the option of putting a small table up in front when needed. |

Location: CTX | We have a dinette and love it. I usualy sit at it and watch a movie on the laptop or read a book. But it's just me and sometimes the hubby so we don't need a bunch of space. If you have more people going it might be easier to have a couch. But it really is a personal preference. |

| I love my couch!
I have a table that clips into the floor so it can be a dinette also, and I NEVER use it. It's really just a matter of preference. I mean shoot, I usually eat on my couch at home, so what's the difference? hehe |

| Have both and keep my dinette folded down all the time for the extra "couch" to lay on. So I would say couch. |

Location: Oregon | I've had both, and I prefer the couch. I do have a table that can be put in a hole in the floor.. Never have used it. I thought when I had the dinette it would be so much better, but it was more often folded down into the bed than it was a table, and it was tight to fit people in to eat at.. So now we usually eat either on the couch (if bad weather) or if its nice, just fold up chairs outside. my dogs also love the couch as its their springboard to get up into the bed. lol |
