| My first order of calming cookies finally came today :) so excited! My mare really needs some help in that department haha. But I have one problem... she won't eat them!
So for you guys that feed them, did you have to introduce your horse to the cookies? Or should I return them and get the powder? Cookies would just be so much easier :/ thanks in advance!

| No, keep trying! I think it is the texture. I broke them up in little pieces and offered them that way at first. I also have added them to their feed until they got used to them. Still to this day when they haven't had any in a while, they kinda shake their head with their lips pointed, but then I guess the taste hits them, and they eat them right up. |

Location: Wonderful Wyoming | I bet it is the texture. That seems to hold some back. I had the best luck breaking them up and sometimes even giving them one of their favorite cookies, one of the Calming and then another favorite one right away. Let me know if they don't work out for you and we can do a switch for the powder if need be. |

I did the same thing I break them into little chunks and put them in my geldings feed so that he would get use to the taste of them, I havent offer the whole cookie yet but when hes upset about something like deer crossing his pasture I give him a cookie in his feed. |

| I would put them in their feed. My mare ,25, had never had a treat in her life. I got a pack , put some in her feed, now she doesn't gobble them up like my 7 year old, but she will come to the gate to get them. Good luck! |
