Interesting research article that was shared on another forum I thought some here would enjoy reading.  This research shows that vitamin deficiency is directly related to GI inflammation and overall health.  I enjoy reading these articles and trying to put the pieces together of both mine and my horses' health.  It's been an educational year, for sure!    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=eosinophilic+enteritis+in+horses+with+motor+neuron+disease
