I have one made in 2009. It has been a great saddle and has fit everything. That being said, their customer service in the past few years has gone majorly down hill and now you couldn't pay me to buy another from them and I've tried with no luck in them contacting me back multiple times. |

| Hello! I had one custom made in 2014, I agree that they fit literally anything I have put them on. I have only personally dealt with Lynn and my experience with them was good.

I just ordered one last year and had great customer service. Was even done earlier than they had said. My daughter got one as well with no problems. We both love them

I believe I ordered mine 13/14 and the service wasn't bad (talked to Lynn as well) but if I could go back in time and redo my order I would. I bought FQH bars and it's been too big on any horse I've ridden in, so I had to buy a Impact Gel "Built Up" pad to shim it. Expensive pad. I wish I went with the regular bars. Another problem with my saddle was the under side, where there is leather but you don't really see it unless you lift your fenders up, is that the work seems a little shoddy to me and could've been cut better.
Besides those two things I really like my saddle and I'll keep it for a long time if I find that it fits a future horse that has a WIDE or mutton like back, but I've ordered a Corriente a little while ago and hopefully it fits my horses better. Too bad I'm selling all of them  |

I agree, I have a trophy saddle from 2010 that fits EVERYTHING I have ridden it in, and 2 newer ones from 2014 and 2015. They fit a bit differently but are still awesome saddles as far as my comfort. The last one I got was just the Silver Series and the workmanship isn't what I expected compared to both the trophy saddle and the one made in 2014, but I still love them. I am on the fence about buying another. I only dealt with Lynn and she was great. |

| I have a friend who ordered one this year and the whole process was a nightmare. And after waiting weeks longer than originally told, among other things along the way, it turns out it did not fit any of her horses. Now she has a $1300 custom saddle that doesn't fit. And it was a trophy saddle with words on the fenders. The style of saddle is nice, but so unique, it's not even like she could keep the fenders and sell the saddle. No one would get fenders to match the saddle, and she couldn't ever get a saddle to match the fenders. |

| Thank you for all of the answers! I know one person said that the regular bars fits most horses, I thinking that's the way to go also. Buying a newer used one so I don't have to worry about bad service anyways |

| A neighbor has one and I am not impressed with the quality,she has hardly used hers and the leather on the skirting is turning up. Looks like cheap leather to me. |

| The few we've tried have been not great. From a distance they're gorgeous, but up close they look and feel cheap. Also, on all of the horses we tried them on, it felt like it sat on top of all of them and not down onto their backs. Didn't fit at all. |

Location: Where you need a paddle... Oregon! | I had been eyeing them for some time, but had never seen one in person. I wanted to have one custom made as my mounted shooting saddle, but thought I should try one first before committing. I sold my Cactus and bought a used one online and had it shipped. When I first pulled it out of the box I almost cried. The leather seemed cheap and thin - nothing like the Cactus I had just sold. I immediately started oiling it and after 3 coats or so it started to loosen up and feel softer. Now I love it. It's really light and it fits well. It's pretty to look at and pretty much what I would have custom ordered anyway. I am not doing mounted shooting anymore so that part didn't matter either. I use mine for playdays. I get a lot of compliments on it. |

Location: Missouri | Depends on what you order. I still ride and love my Vintage Heidi that I ordered 8-9 years ago. The workmanship is exceptional, leather is great, seat is perfect. But, I had a rope saddle that I hated! Very cheap feel, clunky stirrups not turned, etc. I sold it for a few hundred dollars and bought a nice used saddle instead. |

Location: Washington | Really like mine! Won a TC in 2012 and since them I now have two more. I have custom ordered 2 and dealt with Lynn both times, and had great customer service and was easy to work with.
I love how the saddle rides, how they fit the horses and IMO great overall saddle for the price.

| I think for the price range they are nice saddles.
That being said I've been looking at a lot of saddles this weekend and the workmanship on the triple creek I'm borrowing is better than a lot of the "mass" produced saddles I've looked at.
I ordered a $2000 saddle last week and I was TERRIBLY disappointed in the quality. I've got a triple creek coming and an Infinity rope saddle - if the triple creek didn't fit them so well I would have infinity make me a barrel saddle, exceptional work. |

| I ordered one in 2014. Customer service was decent. It was hard to get a phone call back, but Lynn was nice and polite. The saddle on the other hand was very poor quality. I paid extra to get a real gator seat, faux gator was put on instead. Long story short took the saddle apart and found it was held together by staples. No thanks! If I spend almost 2k on a saddle I expect it to be at least be held together by screws. Sold it at a loss shortly after. |

Exactly.
I bought one circa '09 and it has been the absolute best saddle. Fits a wide range of horses and the quality is superb. Zero wear and tear with me using it around 3x a week for the last 7 years.
UNFORTUNATELY
I tried ordering new last year and had horrible luck. Unwilling to work with me on custom options. I went with a different company all together due to the customer service. |

Location: Being pushed over the edge, NM | Have had several and still do, I love it, it's been very versatile to fit on nearly everything. I liked them so much I was a rep for them. Re-did their website, got them to do actual names for the models instead of word/number combinations. There were issues I was trying to bring to their attention; some of the double-skirted models leather will turn up after a while, and their were construction issues (re: staples, binding, etc) on certain saddles. Half the time an order would be sent out incorrect, little things like the wrong tooling, wrong color, wrong seat, to major things like a completely different saddle, major custom work that had been quoted and paid for not done or done incorrectly, etc. I would have hoped their customer service had improved, I was so fed up with it I quit.
I'd order one in the future, but I would make sure it was simple, and what I wanted was in big, bold letters, and so was the time frame.

Location: Oklahoma | Like Vanessa, I still like the saddles. I had talked extensively with Lynn and Jason a few years ago about becoming a rep for them. They had me design 7 saddles and send them in the specs. Next thing I knew, the saddles were on their website as models with everything I had designed on them. They quit talking to me and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I haven't found another saddle I personally like as well as my triple creek. |
