Location: Gainesville, TX | Got a new mare by Rios First Prize and out of an own daughter of Easy Jet. Looking to cross her on a stud with old bloodlines to complement hers and good bone. Keep it 3k or under. Ideas? |

| For old blood Honors A Bounding and Might Mind Bender come to mind first. There are also 2 nice sons of Judge Cash that are young and just beginning to be used and will be standing I'm sure... Solid foundations and Kmc both have awesome Judge Cash sons.
Or Mr TT Pacific, Shawnee Bug Leo, Flitter To Kill, all old blood with bone. |

Location: Where I am happiest | Of those listed Shawnee Bug Leo has tremendouse bone and is the most by far nationally recognized and successful as a sire. Highest demand and highest resale. The next horse that comes to mind with tremendouse bone is Fultons junior sire A Dash Ta Streak. |

Location: Madill Ok | very large bone, feet, everything is large :) Streaking ta fame We all love large bone, but I would add that its not necessarily the size of the bone but the density that is more important. according to research.

I have to agree with this. Arabians come to mind. I worked for a man that raised them. Started them under saddle for him. They were the bigger bred ones. 15-15.3. Very sound horses. But their bone size wasn't really that big. Not like a QH that stood the same height. |

Location: Gainesville, TX | Thanks everyone for suggestions. Totally understand on the bone density. That said, if you have seen my husband you would know why I want thick bone and not just dense bone. Ideally both but bone density can be achieved through exercise. But hubby is 6'4" and 300 lbs. I need something wide in bone and muscle. Potentially thinking for an all around horse. |

Location: TX | Shawne Bug Leo stands 15.3 and weights 1,350 lbs. HE STAMPS HIS BABIES! He throws a lot of bone and substance. An offspring that is 6 and that looks just like him, just won a barrel race with Ivy Hurst this month and it was her first competitive run on him (he has won money with 5 different riders). A full sibling to the one just listed, just got Jodi Goodrich chosen into the ERA this year and he has won money with 5 different riders too not to mention WON SAN ANTONIO PRCA RODEO with Angie Meadors, WON SAN ANGELO PRCA RODEO with Jana Bean, 2x NFR QUALIFIER, among many more. If you ask the riders, trainers and owners that have ridden SBL babies, they will tell you that they really like them and their built. That helps on resale value when they stand behind them 100%. (And he doesn't have First Down Dash, Dash for Cash at all in his bloodlines...he is an outcross!). |
