Has anybody ordered a custom saddle from Corriente?? Do you have options that choose from in terms of leather color, tooling patterns, borders, con his, etc? Or do you just pick one of the ones they offer on their webpage?

How do you like your custom saddle from them?

Thanks!!

You can pick what you like from the tree up. It takes 30 days for custom orders. Or you can pick one that's already made and have it in a week or so....I am just getting ready to do a custom order for a new barrels saddle. But I am getting a strip down association with in seat rigging. Done with the conshos I want only 4 stings and barrel racing fenders and stirrups. I am short and have a wade by them that the treditional fenders are to big for me. I have a 30 in inseem. The association have more tree width options then the barrels saddles do and I have a very wide mare. If you order 1/2 sizes it takes a little longer also cause they have to get a tree in for you.

You can pick the leather color , tooling , border tooling, conshos, ect. Ect. I love my wade, only thing I will say is it will need a ton of oil .....I painted it on my wade with a brush when I first got it....and the saddle strings are not though the tree. I just drilled them out when I got it and put them through the tree...

A good friend of mine custom ordered hers and it was exactly what she ordered. She's been very happy with it. I wouldn't hesitate to get one custom from them.

Okay that sounds good! I was wanting to get one of their new style barrel saddles with the floral tooling on the seat. Wonder how long it will stay nice looking tho. It seems like a lot of people who order them, love their saddle and say it's great and for the price! Wow!

My daughter has a custom ordered Corriente. It is a roping saddle, association tree. It was EXACTLY as she requested - tooling, seat, skirts, etc etc plus breastcollar to match. Impeccable customer service, fantastic saddle.

Ordered one for my daughter. Super easy to order and work with and was here in 30 days. They explained everything from even the shade of purple the seat would be. Let me know of some they had on the production line that would be available sooner. We discussed which fenders to get and which size saddle would be the best size 10" or 12".
Their prices also include shipping!
Highly recommend!

My friend had one of those and really likes it. I told her I want to try it out, bc I would love to have a second saddle, and at their prices I can get exactly what I want.

I have a WIDE mare that I need to buy a new saddle for but was worried about a Corriente since they only have the one tree for barrel saddles. How does the Association tree compare to the barrel saddle tree?
