Location: California | Has anybody taken the CurOst Hu Pure? Does it have a strong taste?
I have Chronic Fatigue syndrome and upper back issues that cause me severe pain and affect my balance. My muscle weakness is getting worse. Currently I'm on a muscle relaxer 3x per day, prescription anti inflammatory twice daily, CoQ10, Magnesium, D-Ribs, an adrenal supplement, and allergy pills. My pain is still pretty bad and I need to find something that works better. I am literally feeling my body waste away. I can not ride my paint mare because her shorterror strides hurt my back pretty bad.
I need a change for the better and I need it now! |

| I take the Cur Ost Pure for humans. I just mix it with water and drink it. It isn't bad. I was on the Ultimae, but I like the Pure more. |

Do you know exactly what causes your back pain, what are the upper back issues? |

Location: California | I can't force myself to take the golden paste. It trigoers my gag reflex.
The cause of my pain has not been isolated yet. We are fighting to get an MRI done right now. X-rays were good so MRI needs to be the next step. I've been battling the pain since 2012 but in the last year things have really went down hill. |

Location: NE Texas | I take the Ultimate and used to take the Immune as well to get my allergies under control. Now just down to the Ultimate. The Pure can create digestive upset for some, but not for others. I'd start with the Ultimate and see if it gets you some relief, as it offers more benefit than just what the Curcurmin can offer due to the other added herbs in the blend. I have a friend who has chronic fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis and was taking up to 4 Tramadol a day to just get through work. She started it last year and has been medication free, other than cholesterol meds for almost a year. You can always bump up to the Pure if needed, but I would sure start with the Ultimate first.
I will tell you the first week I gagged drinking it, but now I crave it. I mix it in about a cup of OJ in a mixer bottle and chug it first thing in the morning. A blender bottle is a MUST, as the mix is not water soluble. |

| You really need to find the cause. The Cur Ost helps with pain and inflammation, but you need to find the cause. |

| I take the CurOst Ultimate, Immune and Adapt & Calm. I have been on this for at least 2 months. At first I didn't feel any results then I chatted with Herbie. As she pointed out I have had my symptoms for quite some time, years in fact. I also have IBS-D, Diverticulous, arthritis in my knees, muscle aches and pains and I am 65 years old/young. It has been a battle in getting the inflammation under control. Plus I no longer have to take the over-the-counter pain pills like Aleve or Advil. I was afraid I was taking them too much and they would eventually damage my liver. I'm trying to eat clean as in no processed food, raw vegetables, cutting out or at least cutting down on bread, pasta. I still have my bad days but more and more good days as long as I watch what I eat and when I eat. CurOst works for me and I really didn't think it tasted that bad. Just remember that no matter what you try and if you try the CurOst it will not be overnight but in the long run you will feel better. I agree with Herbie I would start with the Ultimate first. |

Location: Aubrey, Texas | If you have trouble with the taste of any of it, you can always buy some empty capsules from a health food store and fill them. They come in various sizes; it is a bit of trouble to fill them but worth the effort. I took the Ultimate and really liked the way I felt on it. I've had some unexpected expenses lately or I'd still be on it- |

my Dad takes the Ultimate and the Pure. He wasn't sure if the pure was working, he stopped for a couple weeks and arthritis started bothering him. Now hes taking them both again :) Their products ROCK. |

Location: Bastrop, Texas | I'd try the Golden Paste first, if it were me. It's dirt cheap and easy to make, plus you know what's in it. Over on the FB group, I've never read where it caused much GI upsets, but quite a few people have reported nausea and vomiting with BCM-95. Lots of good input in that Facebook group....188,000 users. You can always keep the other more expensive products in mind if for some reason you aren't happy with the GP. |

Location: California | I am well aware I need to find the cause. I've been battling with doctors since 2012 and none have taken me seriously. Now I finally have a doctor who does and I am battling my insurance company.
I have tried forcing myself to do the golden paste and even froze it it pill form. I can not stand the taste and did not notice any difference
I went ahead and ordered the Pure. I will probably try the Ultimate on a different paycheck. I also reordered the Stomach formula for my gelding so I already spent quite a bit between those and ordering parts for my pick up.
Thank you everyone for all the input! It is all greatly appreciated. I know the stomach formula has done a world of good for my gelding so I figured I should give myself that same chance. |

I am glad you found a doctor that will listen to you. Insurance companies are such a pain. I had to take the Pure at the max dose of 3 scoops 2 times a day for 5 days, but then I backed off to 2 scoops once a day and had to go back to 3 scoops once a day. I kinda got to where I like the taste ok, but could not get used to the Ultiimate. If the Pure didn't work I would have gone back to the Ultimate, though. I can be kind of a baby about that kind of thing. |

Rereading this, you sound a lot like my husband minus the Chronic Fatigue. His arm/shoulder felt like it was going to fall off and had pain shooting down his arm into his finger tips. He lost muscle and strength and then started getting bad headaches. His was due to the narrowing of the holes where the nerves come out of the spine. His involved his cervical spine. He eventually had a piece of bone taken out to relieve the pressure and is doing great 3 years later. The relief was immediate, though of course he had pain from the removal of bone, but that went away.
Do you know anyone that has battled insurance and got the treatment they needed? You may need to find someone like that to help you deal with your insurance. |

I am in the same boat as you except my lower back. I have also been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue and P.O.T.S but I just feel it's something more. I've been to dr after dr so I know your frustrations. There comes a point you do begin to wonder if it's all in your head! No advice just some hugs and know you are not alone! |

Location: California | The Dr I have now is pretty good with getting the insurance companies to approve what is needed. We have just started the battle so it's going to take a little time. In a week or two I have to stop taking the muscle relaxers and anti inflammatories to give my body a break. I have no clue how I am going to be able to function.
I have a spot right in between the shoulder blades and another in my neck. Both spots have actual spinal pain when pressed on. The spot in my neck tends to feel like it's in a vice clamp and keeps getting tighter and tighter. That spot compromises my balance and makes me feel like I could pass out at any minute. I can no longer lift and move 65 lb bales. I have lost muscle tone and of course it's turning to fat because I'm not as active as I used to be and can not really lift much anymore.
Thank you all! Thank you for the info and kind words. I really don't talk about my issues much but I have to find something that will help me. I really don't want on stronger prescription pills to risk my liver and kidneys even more. |

Location: California | My CurOst came today. For those of you taking it what's the best way to help tone down the flavor? It's not nearly as bad as the Golden Paste thankfully. |

It's not nearly as bad as the Golden Paste thankfully. Which product did you get? I take the Pure and do so as a shot. I could never stomach the mixing in cold water and long ago gave up on drinking juice (too many sugars and calories). I do the little scoop in a shot glass and add a tiny bit of warm water and shoot it.... any residue I just repeat until I've downed it all.
It does give me a little digestive disturbance, but the results are so worth it.

This is how I do it, too, but I do use a little more water. I figure its a good way to help me drink the recommended daily amount of water. |

Location: California | I bought the Pure. I couldn't force myself to drink it last night. Today I downed it in some cranberry juice. I'll probably use that and do it as a shot pretty much. It's not horribly strong but doesn't taste so great. Lol.
Thank you for the tips! I really hope this helps! |
