| Only paying 5 holes in each D in rounds and showdown... Can't justify entry or hauling that far for the payout but will for sure go check it out since we will be there anyways
It's downtown at the new country Christmas
Qualifying Rounds will pay 5 places in each D.
1 - $1,250
2 - $1,000
3 β $750
4 - $500
5 - $275
The Showdown round will pay 5 places in each D.
1 - $10,000
2 - $3,000
3 - $2,000
4 - $1,500
5 - $1,125

Location: the end of the rainbow | I believe it is an outdoor venue. There are 2 separate races and entries are $1000 each. Entries are capped at 400. Entries include a room and stall for 5 days. Each race has 2 separate goes and a showdown. The top 15 in each division each day make it back to the showdown. If someone qualifies twice for the showdown their slot goes to the next in line. The way I read it that means they are guaranteeing 150 runners come back for the showdown. Guaranteed payout for the showdown round is 10k for first in each division. Ill try to post the rules later but I gotta get ready for work right now. |

| Each entry/contestant will be entitled to participate in each of the two qualifying rounds. The two qualifying rounds will be 5D format: ½ second splits. Fifteen (15) different entries from each of the five (5) divisions of the two (2) qualifying rounds will qualify for the Showdown round. A contestant can qualify on unlimited horses for the Showdown round. Each horse/rider combination may qualify for only one Showdown position. To qualify for the Showdown round, a horse/rider combination must be in the top 15 fastest times in each D in either the first or second qualifying rounds. The top 15 fastest times in each D in the second qualifying round will be eligible for the Showdown round, unless one of the horse/rider combinations in the top 15 were already qualified from the first round. We will move the next fastest horse/rider combinations up to fill the top 15. It is your prerogative to make one run. Each contestant is responsible for acquiring Showdown round qualification status. The All In Barrel Race is not liable to inform you of your Showdown qualification. Showdown positions will be posted onsite, Facebook, website, and cell phone numbers listed to call in.
The Showdown rounds will be run as a clean slate. It will be a 5D format consisting of the top 30 runners from each D in the qualifying rounds, collectively. The Showdown round will be run in qualifying time order, from slowest to the fastest qualifying time |

That was my big question. Isn't there an American qualifier with this race also? |

| Hi, I can't do math.
Can someone explain how this equals guaranteed $250k payout?
5 places in a 5D over 2 days does not add up. But maybe I am doing this wrong.

I'm no math wizard either ... but there are 2 races with this payout over 2 weekends. That total roughly adds up to $250k payout.
Each division pays out $3775 total per division x 5 divisions = $18,875 per day x 2 qualifying runs = $37,750
The showdown pays out $17,635 per division x 5 divisions = $88,125
Race total payout: $88,125 + $37,750 = $125,875
There are two races with this payout over the two weekends: $125,875 x 2 = $251,750 total payout.
I'm sure my math is off somewhere, but that how I calculated it.
