Subject: Itchy horse

My gelding is rubbing his tail out!! Like at the base! He is wormed regularly and heathy as can be. Any thoughts on what I should do/try? Are some horses just itchy?

Location: Florida..		I would have the vet check the area on outside of anus to scrape for pinworm eggs..  They are always very itchy.. you can deworm but the eggs hatch on outside  few weeks later ..
