I really just miss Ed so much! It makes me cry every time I think of him! Such a sweet soul and amazing person God gave us. I was asking my husband last night if I should go to a clinic coming up nearby, because I cant decide. He told me I really think the Ed Wright clinic we went to was the best clinic we could have ever gone to, meaning nothing else will compare. Ed gave me so much more confidence in myself. I really hope he did the same for others.

I feel the same way about Wanda Bush. No other clinics compared to hers. Maybe you could find someone who worked with Ed a lot. Go with an open mind and you will still learn some new things that work for you and your horses.

A friend of mine put on 2 Ed clinics a year, one in November and another in April or May. Almost all the ladies that had ridden at the Spring one a year ago got together the weekend that the clinic was supposed to be this year and rode together, I think a great way to honor Ed's memory for them. There will never be another Ed Wright, but having said that I think we can learn something from everyone no matter what.

Does anyone know if they are still selling their line of tack?  I would love to get some more reins.

I agree! We can always learn something from everyone! Ed really fit my riding style and helped me improve on it immensely! I do wish a group could get together and ride! That would be awesome.

And I love his tack! I need a bit, but when I looked on the website, it costs like $25 just to get it shipped!
Thank you guys for the encouragement!

I loved Uncle Ed!  He wasn't unicorns and rainbows but he told you how it was and for some reason just made you want to do better.  I agree he gave me so much confidence and now that after an 8 year lay off I'm so sad that I can't go to a clinic with him.  Boy will I need my you know what whipped into shape!  Does anyone recommend another clincian?

Do you carry his reins as well? I wanted to order several more pairs, but hate the thought of spending $30+ shipping on something that could go USPS for $7.

Ed and Martha have their own website you can go order directly from. It's www.edandmartha.com..Everything is in their tack shop...Ed was a great man and a heck of a teacher. Still cannot believe he is gone. Miss him dearly.
