Bulls Eye Posts: 6443 Location: Oklahoma	www.quillin.com Quillin Leather in Paris KY is the only place I'll get leather halters from. Made in KY, they are the go to halters for the majority of the TB sales. Super soft. I live in Piedmont and have a weanling size that fit mine all the way through 2 years old if you want to try it for size.
