| Ladies I need help. I don't like my current makeup and I need something new but don't want to spend over $20 so I will be primarily shopping at Walmart lol. I am currently using mary Kay and hate it. Sorry Mary Kay. But it sinks into my pores and wrinkles (Im only 27) and I didn't think that should happen. I also like makeup that has some spf in it since im outside so much but I need something smooth and sweat proof at least for a little while. Any advice? Thanks :) |

Location: Kansas | To shrink pores and reduce redness....use pepto-bismol (not even kidding), it actually works.
You'll have to spend a bit more than $20 for a good foundation, I use younique. I've heard really good things about MAC makeup as well. |

Location: Mississippi | I just tried the new Loreal Infallible Pro Glow - Usually I just wear a tinted moisturizer but when I want to look a little more presentable I really like it. A little goes along way in coverage. |

| Im open for $25 if it is really good lol.
I don't use a lot of makeup. I don't like looking totally different so I don't cake it on. I too sometimes just use powder or a BB cream but I do like to wear regular stuff sometimes during the weekend and always to work. |

Location: Lost in the corn of Iowa. | I've switched to Rimmel stay matte foundation, primer and powder. The foundation is like $6, the primer is $8 and the powder is $5. I love it and it looks and lasts as well as the higher end stuff like Urban Decay or Sephora products. And you can get all this at walmart. |

Skin care is the canvas upon which all the makeup sits - MK does have a moisturizer w/ SPF in it, in case you have not been told.
What type of skin do you have?

Location: Oklahoma | you get what you pay for. That being said. I use the clinique skin care system (soap, eye makeup remover, clarifying lotion, moisturizer). I also use Clinique foundation (Stay true - oil free) and loose powder. I use MAC blush and clinique and bare minerals eye shadow. Eyeliner is Maybeline and mascara is Clinique. My makeup lasts me about 5-6 months before I have to replace. Very little break outs. It's worth paying for quality make up. |

| Are you looking for a liquid type foundation or just a powder foundation?
I use a daily moisturizer with spf 15 or more. I rotate between the neutrogena healthy skin and the Olay regenerist.
I use the clinique invisible blend powder and have for many years. I'm blessed with good skin genes and don't need coverage. It's lightweight and doesn't "settle"
It's approximately 22-24 dollars whether you get the compact or loose. I get the loose and it lasts for a long time. |

I have the Primer with SPF in it, but when I use that on top of my moisturizer it starts to like peel off. I wash my face at night and then use a clean and clear 2 in 1 moisturizer and then I use a night cream. Then in the mornings I use the clean and clear again and a day cream. I have normal skin I guess, it never gets dry (since I keep it moisturized) and it has never really been oily. |

Im looking for a liquid or Liquid matte type stuff, I have always used loose powder on top of whatever foundation I use. I currently have Mearle norman? |

| I LOVE BareMinerals. Yes, it's pricey but a little bit goes a long way and I buy makeup maybe twice a year. Great for skin...if you accidently sleep in it, no big deal. Not greasy or pore clogging. |

The one I use is the Bye Bye Foundation. I love it and the fact that it is spf 50. I have only used the Hello lashes but I'll have to try the Superhero mascara. Always in search of better mascara. |

Location: Northwest | I've used Clinique for 13 years and love it. I thought I'd change things up and try Younique (I liked it but didn't love it) so I'm back to using Clinique. I have very sensitive skin so good quality makeup is a must for me. I also think a primer is important. |

| I am fixing to start using a different day cream so maybe it wont peel off like the other stuff I was using and I can use my primer. Is there anything else I should be doing to minimize pores? My whole family has huge pores so idk if there is really anything that can be done about that :( |

What kind of Clinique do you use? I had some Clinique one time but I don't remember what kind it was but I didn't love it. Of course the girl that helped me buy it put it on me and it looked good but when I got home I realized it was because she used it like icing on a cake lol so it didn't look as good when I did it. |
