| Anyone ride one? How do you like it? I saw a thread from about 3 years ago with mostly good feedback. They have several new saddles out so I wanted to get some up to date reviews if possible. |

It just is so tempting because they are so reasonably priced and seem to be well made. |

Location: In The Snow, AZ | My friend just got hers. A new style barrel saddle, 90 degree skirting. Faux elephant seat. Lots of tooling. She LOVES it. I rode in it once and it seems super nice and is deep seated. I'm hoping to order one soon. I'm kinda loving the 45 degree skirt.... :)

Location: Georgia | I tried on of the new ones. For the price the quality was good and I liked the deep seat. However it was not quite wide enough for my horse and they only have one tree, so I was unable to order from them. The price is excellent but idk how you expect one tree to fit everything. |

Location: SW North Dakota | My daughter won one and although we had excellent luck with Corriente youth saddles, I have to admit I was still surprised at how well this saddle fits a horse- and the quality is very good. She rides in a Coats usually, and I think the Corriente seems to fit just as well. I'm not saying Coats and Corriente are in the same class, just saying for the money, I'm impressed with the Corriente. |

They have one tree because a 6 3/4" gullet with a full quarter horse bar will fit 90% of today's performance horses. Need it smaller? Get a semi bar in the same tree. You can buy your own tree and ship it to them to cover if you feel your horse needs a wider tree. But again, bar spread is more important than gullet measurements.
Martin screwed everyone up with their wide gullets. Doesn't matter how wide you make the gullet if the bar spread is still the same... |

Location: MO | I absolutely love every one that I have won. I am seriously considering selling my Billy Cook (OK) older saddle and buying a Corriente. They have fit everything I (personally) have put it on, and they fit me so well. SO comfortable. I have one from 2011,2012, and 13. I |

Location: Wonderful Wyoming | no idea about the barrel ones but we bought a used kids saddle and it is fantastic. Fits the big horses really well. I am quite impressed with the leather too. |

The idea is freer moving fenders, the out come is pinched thighs. |
